Plans for 2014

Minutes of Meeting
Willingham Wheels AGM Jan. 1st, 2014

Present: Dom, Les, Liz, Kev, Nigel, Ken, Richard, Chris, Robin, Graham, Noel, Paul
Apologies: Darren, David

Cash flow
£10 subs per family (£5 concessions) received from all. £105 so far.
Accounts show around £50 surplus from last year with payment for maintenance of website to Israel Cusumano still to be made. Main expense is club membership of CTC, payable in April. This provides indemnity for club organisers against third-party claims e.g. when we organise a public ride. It also enables members to take out inexpensive affiliate CTC membership with £1m third party liability insurance cover and 12% Wiggle discounts.
Surplus this year will go toward something useful – Christmas meal or charity.
